Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: Non-food merchandise ships from different vendors and may result from higher shipping charges than you would expect. As our business grows, we'll work to consolidate this and lower shipping costs. Additionally, keep in mind that the bottles of spices average a half pound each which adds to the cost of shipping.

Orders of spice rubs and seasonings ship within 1-7 business days after receiving order confirmation. You'll receive separate emails for additional Hellslayer Merch you order that will come from our vendors. Due to the nature of creating our spice rubs and seasonings in small batches, it may be possible for delays. If this is ever the case, we will notify you of any potential delays. Our goal is to get these in your hands as soon as possible.

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their products on delivery. If there are any issues, please let us know at info@hellslayerheating.com.
